How do I know if the product is available?
We update our inventory in real time. Only items that are currently in stock and ready to ship are shown as available on our website. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked or temporarily hidden from view.
When are you releasing new products?
We continually expand our collection to introduce fresh and inspired pieces. New product drops happen throughout the year. To stay informed, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for early access and announcements.
We only offer online retail, please continue to follow www.sengrin.com.
Our factory is located in the largest furniture manufacturing city in China, and local customers and visitors are welcome to make an appointment to visit our furniture. For other customers, we provide samples of fabrics, leathers, etc.
We are very happy to send samples upon your request. Please send an email to sales@sengrin.com and include your mailing address.
We provide paper assembly instructions in the product packaging, including seats and accessories. You can also click "Installation Instructions" to view the drawings.

If you have customized needs, you can contact us by email to request samples and leave your address and contact information. Normally, we will find the corresponding materials from the factory and send them by express, and you can expect to receive them within 7 to 10 working days.
You can purchase them separately on Sengrin's parts page, including seat casters, electric seats, etc. If you need to purchase small accessories separately, you can contact us and leave your contact information, and we will send them to you after communication.
