10 Years Warranty

At SENGRIN, we are dedicated to offering furniture that reflects a strong commitment to craftsmanship and durability. Each item is constructed using carefully selected materials and is subject to multiple stages of quality inspection before arriving at your home or workspace. In line with our dedication to customer satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty that covers specific types of defects and ensures long-term support in case of qualifying issues.

What’s Covered

For residential use, this limited warranty covers structural defects found in the metal or solid wood components of SENGRIN furniture used under normal, non-commercial conditions. Additionally, we offer a one-year warranty for issues related to soft components, such as threading, piping, buttons, rubber parts, and adhesive-related separation. For light commercial environments—including offices, hotels, or cafés—this warranty applies only to metal or solid wood structural failures arising from normal use. It does not extend to soft components in commercial settings.

Coverage Duration

This limited warranty begins on the date of delivery. For residential customers, structural coverage lasts ten years from delivery for defects in metal or solid wood frames. The coverage for soft parts and workmanship-related concerns lasts one year. For commercial customers, the warranty period is limited to one year from the date of delivery and applies only to structural components made of metal or solid wood.

What SENGRIN Will Do

If a covered issue arises under residential use, SENGRIN will provide the necessary replacement parts at no cost to the customer, with an estimated lead time of eight to fourteen weeks. In cases involving defects in soft components, SENGRIN may approve and reimburse local repair services, provided that a detailed quote is submitted and approved in advance. It is important to note that SENGRIN is not responsible for the quality or outcome of third-party repairs and will not offer further compensation if the repair is deemed unsatisfactory. For commercial customers, SENGRIN may, at its sole discretion, send replacement parts, coordinate repairs, or provide a full replacement of the item. However, any labor or shipping costs related to the replacement or repair shall be the responsibility of the customer. Reimbursement for third-party repair services may be offered if prior approval is obtained, under the same limitations as outlined above.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover materials that are naturally subject to wear or variation, such as marble, leather, fabric, paint, veneer, foam, plywood, or fiberglass. It also excludes damage due to improper use, neglect, abuse, failure to maintain the product, or exposure to environmental conditions such as sunlight, water, or weather elements. Use of furniture not specifically labeled as outdoor furniture in any exterior setting voids this warranty. Other exclusions include damage caused by pets, accidents, or natural events such as flooding, wind, or fire. For residential and commercial settings alike, compression of cushion fillings or fabric fading due to sunlight is considered normal wear and is not covered. This warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold or relocated outside the mainland United States or Canada.

How to Request Service

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this limited warranty, please contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of identifying the issue. To process your request, we will require a clear description of the problem along with supporting documentation such as photographs or video evidence. You can reach us by email at sale@sengrin.com.
